AN UNEXPECTED SURPRISE NEAR SIENA: A FAIRYTALE VENUE AMONG THE HILLS

During one of my exploratory trips in the most beautiful places of central Italy, looking for the perfect locations for your wedding designs, I recently visited a new Wedding Venue nestled among the hills near Siena

What a pleasant surprise!

This venue is adorable, a real beauty, but the most important part is its considerable historical importance: we are talking about a venue that includes a medieval church, built around the thirteenth century, adorned with renaissance frescoes – the Church is consecrated, so religious ceremonies can be held there, for foreign couples who desire to (for information on the paperwork, contact me through to the form) – and an annexed ancient building of the same age, bearing the marks of time, which are another sign of its absolute prestige.

I rarely had the opportunity to experience history at its most as in this case: a bomb of cultural and historical value.

Other features worth mentioning are the internal cloister, decorated with wisteria pergolas, a small jewel perfect for aperitifs or cake cutting or, if bad weather and rain happen to disturb the magical atmosphere of your wedding, the interior halls, with their original terra-cotta pavements and their beamed ceilings, which can accommodate a good number of guests.

A second separate building includes 12 suites that can accommodate up to 30 people and from which you can pleasantly enjoy the relaxing view of the rolling hills of Siena.

In this little piece of heaven your guests can pamper themselves with a good book or a swim in the pool and enjoy the Tuscan sunset, when the whole complex gets illuminated by a spectacular reddish light show, creating the type of atmosphere that I would always want for any of the weddings I design.

This place is definitely a fairytale setting, yet another gem of a territory, Tuscany, which never ceases to amaze me for the number of Wedding Venues it offers. It is no coincidence that so many foreign couples choose Tuscany as their Wedding Destination.
My recommendation is to rent this historical venue for at least 3 nights, this will give you the time to explore the spectacular city of Siena and the surrounding areas rich in charm, history and good food!
