Picture the scene; sun-drenched skies, azure waters and a wedding venue so beautiful that it literally takes your breath away. An elopement in Italy really is the epitome of romance and our recent editorial at Torre di Talamonaccio was the perfect way to showcase this. Let us introduce you to, “Swept Away”, where you’ll be enticed by the thought of a luxurious intimate wedding in Italy…
La Torre di Talamonaccio is an exclusive-use wedding venue in Southern Tuscany, designed for couples who want an elopement or intimate gathering with up to 10 guests. It clings to the edge of a cliff, with unrivalled views across the sea and just a stone’s throw from many historical sites. If the views aren’t enough to make your heart flutter, the natural beauty of the surroundings will instantly catch your eye.
Featured in Unveiled Magazine, the styled shoot was inspired by a scene from Quantum of Solace, the James Bond 007 movie, as the home of René Mathis, with a groom arriving at the venue on a boat with the backdrop of a breath-taking view and unreal atmosphere.
Captured on camera by Jules Photographer with videography by Marco Abba, our incredibly talented team of suppliers worked together to create an epic editorial in an envy-inducing location. It was our aim to tell the story between a couple who are wildly in love. With the bride-to-be wearing the most exquisite wedding dress by luxury brand, Galia Lahav, and the groom in a sleek black tux – the perfect aisle style for a romantic elopement wedding in Italy. A smaller wedding doesn’t mean you have to compromise on style or luxury, in fact, you can go all out with an intimate affair.
We set the scene with the groom arriving at La Torre di Talamonaccio by boat – the ultimate way to start the day in total luxury. The entrance of the venue was decorated with flowing drapes and the prettiest florals – understated yet effortlessly elegant. Couples who want to step away from tradition and really soak up the experience of their wedding day may love the thought of an elopement wedding – after all, what could be more romantic than running off to Italy to get married? If you do want your friends and family by your side, you can enjoy a feast with Italian cuisine and wine, and the Tuscan sunset as your backdrop.
No matter how big or small your wedding may be, I can help you plan it to complete and utter perfection. Escape to Italy for an elopement and say, ‘I Do’, just the two of you….
