First of all, let me introduce myself: my name is Paolo Cicognani and – as you can imagine – I am a wedding planner in Italy.
I live between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, two regions well known for their charming landscapes and delicious food. I think that celebrating your love with an Italian wedding is the perfect way to crown a dream: we are surrounded by natural beauty, cultural masterpieces and magical venues – and I’ll be more than happy to suggest the one that best suits your requests and preferences.
I’ve been working as a luxury wedding planner in Italy for more than ten years now. I have a deep knowledge of the best wedding venues in Tuscany, Lake Como, Venice, Puglia, Emilia-Romagna and beyond. Over time, I have created a team of trustworthy, top-tier vendors who will bring your fantasies to life. Where it all started
After traveling the world for several years as an Export Manager in the interior design industry, I understood two things: that I was fond of luxury and that I loved to cater to customers who call for unique and high-end products and services.
This added up to my passion for traveling and dealing with an international clientele, as well as my deep appreciation of Italy – our destinations and food are unrivaled, I believe.

So I took the two very first Wedding Planning courses held in Italy and then I spent two years attending more than 100 weddings. I made a deal with several venues, doing any kind of work for free in exchange for the possibility to follow the backstage of the reception.

- If you’re looking for someone who simply meets your expectations and creates an average event. We are willing to exceed those expectations and bring to life an enchanting, one-of-a-kind wedding.
- If your vendor selection is driven solely by Instagram rather than professional guidance. We work with trusted professionals whose experience and working methods align with our vision, to ensure a seamless and exceptional wedding.
- If the aesthetic result of your event is not a priority for you. Not only our weddings guarantee the highest quality standards, but they are also extremely beautiful thanks to the time, effort and budget we dedicate to the choice of the best fresh flowers, furniture, accessories, fabrics and general décor.
- If you are not willing to delegate. We fully understand your being demanding and we will listen to each one of your requests, but then we need you to rely on us for the planning and production of the whole wedding.
- If your budget is tight. Truly exclusive events, like the one you desire, require a minimum of 60.000 euros (for an intimate wedding with 30-40 guests) or 90.000 euros (for weddings with 80-90 guests), not including accommodation.
