First of all, let me introduce myself: my name is Paolo Cicognani and – as you can imagine – I am a wedding planner in Italy.
I live in between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, two regions well known for their charming landscapes and delicious food. I think that celebrating your love with an Italian wedding is the perfect way to crown a dream: we are surrounded by natural beauty, cultural masterpieces and magical venues – and I’ll be more than happy to suggest you the one that best suits your requests and preferences.
I’ve been working as a luxury wedding planner in Tuscany, and beyond, for more than ten years now. I have a deep knowledge of the wedding venues of the whole central Italy and, in time, I created a team of trustworthy vendors who will bring your fantasies to life. I will be your consultant from the very first moment and even wedding designer if you wish.

Where it all started
After traveling the world for several years as an Export Manager in the interior design industry, I understood two things: that I was fond of luxury and that I loved to cater to customers who call for unique and high-end products and services.
This added up to my passion for traveling and dealing with an international clientele, as well as my deep appreciation of Italy – our destinations and food are unrivaled, I believe.
Nothing better than weddings summarizes all this. The elegance and beauty of the venues, outfits, flower designs, and table settings. The endless possibilities of professional banqueting. The care for details and uniqueness.
So I took the two very-first Wedding Planning courses held in Italy and then I spent two years attending more than 100 weddings. I made a deal with several venues, doing any kind of work for free in exchange for the possibility to follow the backstage of the reception.
That’s where I met the most trustworthy vendors, that’s where I understood which mistakes not to make, that’s where I learned the secrets I know. And that’s why your event will be so special, if you let me and my team of Italian wedding planners tailor it for you.
