Exclusive wedding in a villa in Tuscany

Dusty blue, orange, yellow, pink: if you close your eyes you can see the whole, delicate palette of this exclusive wedding in the lovely Villa Scorzi, nestled among the hills of Tuscany. Imagine a smiling couple, an elegant venue, and an event designed with care for every single detail. That was Johnathon and Diana’s wedding, and – with Paolo Cicognani and his team – it could be an inspiration for yours too.

If we had to find one single word to define this exclusive wedding, it would be “international”: Diana – the bride – is Russian, Johnathon – the groom – is Australian, they live together in Dubai and they decided to get married in Tuscany, Italy. We couldn’t be happier and more honored to be chosen as the Italian wedding planners of such a cosmopolitan event. And, of course, we did our best to make it shine as much as the love between these two beautiful people.

Due to the uncertain weather, we created the whole setup for the ceremony under the picturesque vaults of Villa Scorzi – the venue that hosted the wedding. The main protagonist was an arch of fresh flowers and greenery, which perfectly framed the bride and groom while they pronounced their “I do”.

Diana’s bouquet was a composition of the same flowers that decorated the arch and tables, and it created an ideal match with the simple, classy dress she was wearing.

After the ceremony and a photo shoot of the newlyweds taken by the talented Letizia Maccarini around the stunning gardens of Villa Scorzi, this exclusive wedding continued with a delightful dinner.

The imperial table, accommodating the 30 guests of this intimate reception, was the highlight of our work as wedding planners. We have to admit this is always the part we love the most, because it allows us to express our creativity and expertise, taking care of every detail and leaving nothing to chance.

Diana and Johnathon’s table reflected the palette of colors they selected – with dusty blue and soft orange as lead ones, the first in the table runner and candles, and the second in more candles and flowers. Fresh flowers were also essential in this table setting: there were many centerpieces all along the table, for an enchanting final result.
